Un zine touche-à-tout : arts, contre-culture, environnement, politique et j’en passe.

Dans leurs propres mots (extraits de About Us – Boing Boing):

Boing Boing is the web’s favorite zine devoted to the weird, wonderful and wicked things to be found in technology and culture.

Founded in 1988 by Mark Frauenfelder and Carla Sinclair as a ‘zine, the print bOING bOING was about all the counter-cultural fun to be had with computers, science fiction, comics, art and « all manner of posthuman irreverant things, » as Luiz Ortiz described it in his Compendium of Cult Magazines.

Switching to the web in the 1990s, it became a pioneering group blog when Mark was joined by Cory Doctorow, David Pescovitz and Xeni Jardin.
